Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law 1/85, this agreement determines the limits of assignment and use of the images of the RÖS'S equipment and of the images where the same is used, being restricted its use to the commercial field and to the promotion of technologies of the undersigned brand.
This service is exclusive and free of charge for customers who have purchased the technology at official RÖS'S points of sale.
RÖS'S authorizes the PROFESSIONAL to use the images owned by the company exclusively for commercial purposes, within which is contained the use for printing of advertising material, publication in social networks of its domain and publication on its website. Promotional use on sites or publications not related to the communication action of the PROFESSIONAL is excluded.
RÖS'S does not authorize the total or partial manipulation of any of the images in breach of this contract.
RÖS'S does not authorize the transfer or lending by the PROFESSIONAL to third parties. With regard to images containing technology, equipment or installations, RÖS'S authorizes their use without time or geographical limit.
Regarding images with models in which RÖS'S has the right of partial or total use, this may be cancelled at the express request of the model, in which case it will be duly communicated to the PROFESSIONAL for the removal of the images.
The use that could violate the right to honor under the terms provided in the Organic Law 1/85 of May 5, 1985, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image is not authorized.
